Through trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious healing, I help anxious, sensitive, and self-aware people reconnect with the parts of themselves fear taught them to abandon.

Meet Robyn

I'm Robyn Murphy, a Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in anxiety, fears, grief, and the nervous system patterns that keep people stuck.

I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Distinction and am committed to ongoing professional development, supervision, and evidence-informed practice.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the wisdom of the human mind and nervous system.

Two Ways to Work Together

Whether virtual or in-person, both are created to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply resourced.
Virtual Sessions (From Anywhere)

A calm, private space, without leaving home.

Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in-person work because healing happens inside the nervous system and subconscious, not in the room..

Many clients choose virtual sessions because they:

  • feel most relaxed in their own environment

  • appreciate the flexibility with work, parenting, and life

  • prefer to settle directly into rest afterward

  • avoid the stress of commuting

 

All you need is:

  • a quiet space where you won't be interrupted

  • a comfortable chair or bed

  • a stable internet connection

In-Person Sessions (Toronto Beaches)

 

This is a private, dedicated, intentionally designed space for deep subconscious and nervous-system work - calm, quiet, and tailored for clients who prefer the grounding presence of an in-person experience.

Clients often choose in-person work when they:

  • enjoy the structure of a separate healing space

  • feel nourished by face-to-face connection

  • appreciate stepping out of their usual surroundings

 

The Beaches office is a private, tranquil setting where every detail is designed to support your comfort and your process.
